About Us
I am the gal the kitchen cooking up all your favorite dishes and I will be the one delivering/ setting up/ serving your food.
From time to time I have excellent servers with me who help the day/event run smoothly.
Our goal is to help you enjoy your event. Especially for those who like to entertain but don't like to cook or want to have a fun wedding with dinner, but need to stick to the budget.
To do that we offer 4 options to choose from.
1. Basic Drop Off: We drop off the prepared foods ready to serve. They will be in foil disposable pans labeled with heating/cooling instructions
2. Drop off Plus: We drop off the food ready to serve with heat and cold sources as needed for menu items selected. Items will be in disposable pans labeled with heating/cooling instructions.
3. Drop off Extra Plus: We drop off the food, set up the display ready to serve with display items that will be yours to keep, disposable serve ware and with instructions on how long things can be out. All items for replenishment will be left in disposable containers with instructions on how to keep cold or hot as needed per item. Items on display will be able to be out for 2 hours before they should be replaced.
4. Set up and Tear Down (available within 10 miles of company): We come set up your chosen menu items with hot and cold services/decorative platters and serve ware. Then we come back 2 hours after meal service begins to clean up the buffet table. The client is responsible for checking food temps and replacing items as needed on the platters.
5. Fully Staffed/Service: We will do all the buffet table set up as needed for your menu, keep it full during your event, serve the food if desired and clean it all up before we leave. We will package any left over food for you to take home.
